I have been slacking on my daily doodles this week. :P I drew an extra lot of decent stuff today, though, so I hope that makes up for it. Now, I only wish I had Photoshop so I can adjust these things' contrast.

Don't disturb me while I'm art-ing, y'hear? (Oh, yeah. Art is sooo a verb.)

Profile of my 5-year old cousin, who wanted to draw beside me while I art-ed.

Sketch of a girl in a local Coca-Cola ad. :P But it ended up looking nothing like her. Made her face longer than it's supposed to be (She has a nice round-ish face).

Oh noes, anime style!

After much reflection on fairy tales (and why they're always drawn as skinny little things) and such, I've decided that Rapunzel must be the princess who would be on the chubby side. How could you not be when you're locked up in a tower your entire life with probably only a few square meters to exercise in? Cinderella probably got a lot more exercise, as she did lots of housework for her stepmother. Same for Snow White, who did it for the dwarves. Sleeping Beauty apparently did not eat for a hundred years, which might have gotten her the title of most anorexic princess had her circumstances not suggested that she didn't have much of a choice.
And no, she's not sad in the drawing because she's slightly larger than all the other princesses. You would be lonely too if you've been locked in a tower your whole life and having an old hag pulling on your hair every evening. But, don't worry, darling! Your prince will be so fabulous, he'll love you no matter your dress size. The fact that you're one pretty chick won't count against you, either. ;)
Happy Easter everyone!

Don't forget Hansel and Gretel. They freakin ATE a HOUSE.
